NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited( NRN) has announce dividend to distribute to the shareholders from the profit of last financial year.
A meeting of the company’s board of directors held on Friday decided to distribute 5.5 percent bonus shares and 0.265 percent cash dividend to pay taxes from the profits of the fiscal year 2077/78.
In addition, the company is going to close the book on the 15th of Push for the purpose of general meeting and distribution of dividend.

The company has called its ninth annual general meeting on posh 29 to pass the same percentage dividend.
Earlier, the Company had distributed 2.85 percent bonus shares and 0.15 percent cash dividend for tax purposes from the previous fiscal year 2076/77. The company proposed dividend is 2.765 percent higher than the previous year.
