The share price of two company have been adjusted in Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) on Monday.
The share price of Hydro Electricity Investment and Development Company (HIDCL) and Sana Kisan Microfinance ( SKBBL)have been adjusted on Monday for the purpose of Annual general meeting ( AGM) and dividend distribution.
After the book close of these companies , Nepse has fixed the new price by adjusting the share price.
The Price adjustment has been made in 8% bonus share of Hydro Electricity Investment and Development Company (HIDCL) . After adjustment, the company’s share price is Rs. 248.33 per share . Before the adjustment, the company’s share price was Rs 268.20 per share.
Similarly, Sana Kisan Microfinance’s 25%bonus has been adjusted. After the adjustments, the share price is Rs.1176 per share. Before adjustment, the company’s share price was Rs. 1470 per share.
