Bonus shares of two companies have been listed in Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). On Monday, IME General Insurance ( IGI) and bonus shares of Wean Nepal Microfinance company have been listed.
On this day, 1 million 20 thousand 990.85 bonus shares of IME General Insurance have been listed in NEPSE. The company distributed 6 percent bonus shares to the shareholders from the profit of the last financial year. The bonus shares are listed in NEPSE.
Similarly, 67 thousand 650 bonus shares of Ween Nepal Laghubitta Financial Institution ( WNLB ) have also been listed in NEPSE. Wean Nepal has distributed 9.33 percent bonus shares to the shareholders from the profits of the last fiscal year. The bonus shares are listed in NEPSE.
The bonus shares of both the companies can be bought and sold in the secondary market after they are deposited in the demat account of the respective shareholders.
