Unnati Sahakarya Microfinance Limited ( USLB ) has convened a general meeting to approve the announced dividend from the profit of last financial year( FY 2077/78). .
Microfinance has convened its seventh annual general meeting on Poush 28 at Hotel Maurya, Rupandehi at 11 am.
Unnati Sahakarya Microfinance Limited ( USLB ) has proposed 30% dividend on the current paid-up capital.
In addition, Microfinance has proposed to issue additional share equal to Rs. 1 crore 78 lakh 45 thousand 118 at the premium to the general public.
For the purpose of the general meeting, microfinance is going to close the book for one day on Poush 14. The existing shareholders who have traded in Nepse till Poush 13 will be able to participate in the general meeting of microfinance and receive the dividend distributed.
