Reliance Finance has declared dividend. A meeting of the company’s board of directors held on Friday proposed to distribute dividend from the profits of the fiscal year 77/78.
Accordingly, the company has proposed to distribute a total dividend of 15.79 percent with 15 percent bonus shares and 0.79 percent cash. The company decided to distribute the 15 Percent bonus share worth Rs. 13,73,48,650 and cash dividend (for tax purposes) 0.79 percent worth Rs.72,28,876.
The dividend will be distributed to the investors only after the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank and the approval of the next annual general meeting of the company.
Earlier, the company had distributed 10 percent bonus shares and 0.53 percent cash dividend for tax purposes from the previous fiscal year 2076/77. The bank’s proposed dividend is 5.26 percent higher than the previous year.
