The 20th annual general meeting of Mahalakshmi Development Bank Limited (MLBL) for the fiscal year 2077/78 is scheduled to be held on 25th Poush 2078.
As per the decision of the 506th meeting of the Board of Directors held on the 2nd of Poush 2078, it has been decided to hold the 20th Annual General Meeting of the Bank on 25th Poush 2078 at 11 am at Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Tudikhel, Kathmandu.
Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited (MLBL) has proposed a 21.0526% dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 3.34 Arba. 20% bonus shares worth Rs 66.84 crores and 1.0526% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 51.83 lakhs have been proposed.
The company has fixed the date of book closure on Poush 12. Thus, shareholders maintained before poush 12 will be able to participate in the AGM (Annual General Meeting) and can receive the dividend.
