Share prices of three companies, including two commercial banks, have been adjusted on the Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) on Sunday . The price of Prabhu Bank, Sunrise Bank and Manakamana Smart Microfinance have been adjusted for the purpose of general meeting. Only existing shareholders till Push 1 will be able to participate in the general meeting of these companies and receive the proposed dividend .
Price adjustment has been made in 17 % bonus share of Manakamana Smart Microfinance . After adjustment, the company’s share price is Rs. 1333.33 per share . Before the adjustment, the company’s share price was Rs 1,560 per share .
Manakamana Smart Microfinance Financial Institution has convened a general meeting on December 3 at Hotel Powwa in Siddharth Nagar, Rupandehi. Various proposals including dividend will be presented in the meeting. The company has proposed 17 percent bonus share. for the AGM company is going to close the book on Poush 4 to Poush 19.
Similarly, Prabhu Bank’s 12 %bonus has been adjusted. The adjusted share price is 294.73 per share. Before adjustment, the company’s share price was Rs 330.10 per share.
Sunrise Bank’s 6.65% bonus has been adjusted . After adjustment, the company’s share price is Rs. 254.10 per share . Before the adjustment, the company’s share price was Rs 271 per share.
