Share prices of three companies were adjusted on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on Tuesday. Share prices of Mahalakshmi Development Bank, Nirdhan Utthan Microfinance and Nepal Hydro Developers have been adjusted in Nepse today.
After the company closed the book for the general meeting and dividend distribution, Nepse adjusted the share price and fixed the new price. .
On this day, 20 percent bonus shares of Mahalakshmi Development Bank, 29.55 percent bonus shares of Nirdhan Utthan Microfinance and 7 percent bonus shares of Nepal Hydro Developer have been adjusted in Nepse.
After the adjustment, the share price of Mahalakshmi Development Bank is Rs 470.33 per share, Nirdhan Utthan Microfinance is Rs 1200.77 per share and Nepal Hydro Developer is Rs 365.42 per share.
Nepse has adjusted the share price of these companies based on the last price of the previous day. On the last trading day, the share price of Mahalakshmi Development Bank was Rs 564.40 per share, Nirdhan Utthan Microfinance Rs 1555 per share and Nepal Hydro Developer Rs 391 per share.
The shares of these companies will be traded in the secondary market on Tuesday based on the adjusted price.
