National Life Insurance Company has declared a dividend. The company has declared a dividend to be distributed from the profits of the fiscal year 76/77.
The company has declared a total dividend of 20 percent. The company has declared a total dividend of 19 percent of the existing paid-up capital with a bonus share of 19 per cent and a cash dividend of 1 percent for tax purposes. The bonus will be distributed to investors after it is approved by the Insurance Committee and passed by the next general meeting of the company.
At present, the paid up capital of the company is 3 arba 39 crore 8 lakh 89 thousand.
