Janaki Finance Limited has called a general meeting.
Finance has called a general meeting to pass a dividend proposal to distribute dividends to shareholders from last fiscal year’s profits.
The meeting had announced to distribute 15 percent bonus share of the existing paid up capital and 0.7895 percent cash dividend for its tax purposes. The 25th Annual General Meeting has been convened at Hotel Manki International Pvt Ltd, Shiva Chowk, Janakpurdham on Phagun 7 to pass the same resolution. The meeting will start at 10 am.
The meeting will pass the dividend proposal as well as proposals to amend the management letter and rules, to appoint an auditor, to elect 5 directors including 3 from the founders and 2 from the general public.
For the purpose of the general meeting, Finance is going to close the book from magh 24 to Phagun 6 . Accordingly, the existing shareholders who have traded in Nepse till Magh 23 will be able to receive the dividend distributed by Finance and participate in the AGM of Finance.
