The bonus shares of the two companies are listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on Sunday.
Sanima Mai Hydropower’s 2,88,410 kitta and Kalika Microfinance’s 2,45,508.95 kitta of bonus shares are listed. Investors will be able to buy and sell these shares once they reach the beneficiary account.
Sanima Mai Hydropower has listed 10 percent bonus shares passed by the general meeting held on Kartik 11. Similarly, Kalika Laghubitta has listed 10 percent bonus shares passed by the annual general meeting held on Baisakh 7.
