The annual general meeting of the Agriculture Development Bank (Krishi Bikas Bank) is scheduled to be held on Push 29.
At the meeting, the bank will present an agenda to distribute 20% bonus share and 1.052% cash dividend .
The meeting of Agriculture Development Bank will be held at 11 am at the Central Training Center, Bode Bhaktapur through virtual medium. The bank has requested the shareholders to attend the meeting through virtual medium.
To hold the meeting, the bank will close the book from Push 16 to Push 29 . Only the existing shareholders till Push 15 will be able to participate in the meeting and receive dividends.
