Mirmire Microfinance Institution (MMFDB) has convened its 11th Annual General Meeting.
A general meeting has been called at Hotel Sarathi Dhulikhel at 11:30 am on push 29, Thursday.
The meeting will approve the proposed 20 percent bonus share from the Profit of last fiscal year.
The meeting will pass resolutions such as authorizing the board of directors to work on merger or acquisition with other microfinance and to amend the management letter and rules, to approve the appointment of two directors and to appoint an auditor.
For the purpose of the annual general meeting( AGM), microfinance is going to close the book from Push 19 to Push 29. The existing shareholders who have purchase share till Push 18 can participate in the general meeting and receive the dividend.
