Share prices of three companies were adjusted on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on Friday. Share prices of Surya Life Insurance, NMB Laghubitta and Jyoti Bikas Bank have been adjusted in Nepse on this day.
After the company closed the book for the general meeting and dividend distribution, Nepse adjusted the share price and fixed the new price. .
On this day, Nepse has adjusted share price on 12.70 percent bonus shares of Surya Life Insurance Company Limited(SLICL), 21.50 percent bonus shares of NMB Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMBMF) and 11 percent of bonus share of Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited(JBBL).
After adjustment, Surya Life Insurance Company Limited (SLICL) share price is to Rs.638.86, NMB Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMBMF)is to Rs.1053.50 and jyoti Bikas Bank ( JBBL) to Rs.403.15.
Nepse has adjusted the share price of these companies based on the last price of the previous trading day. In the last trading day the share price of Surya Life Insurance Company Limited (SLICL) was Rs. 720 per share , NMB Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMBMF) was Rs. 1280 per share , Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited (JBBL) share price was Rs. 447.50 per share .
Shares of these companies will be traded in the secondary market on Wednesday based on the adjusted price.
