Kalika Power Company has declared a dividend. A meeting of the board of directors of the company held on push 8 proposed to distribute dividend from the profits of the fiscal year 77/78.
The company has offered a total of 15.7895 percent dividend with a bonus share of Rs 15 percent of the existing paid-up capital of Rs 60 crore, and 0.7895 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The dividend will be distributed to investors after the company’s next general meeting approves it. This is the first time the company has declared a dividend.
The company has convened a general meeting at its registered office in Bharatpur on push 30 Friday.
The company has decided to close the book on push 19 for the purpose of the AGM. Only existing shareholders till push 18 will be able to participate in the AGM.
