The “D” class financial institution licensed by the Nepal Rastra Bank, established to operate and promote community banking in line with the campaign to build an inclusive financial system. This covers a total of 19 districts, including 11 districts in the Terai and 5 hilly districts from East Parsa to Kanchanpur.

Deputy Chief Executive (DCEO) – Managerial Level – 1 (One)
At least five years of work experience in the field related to community banking after passing the postgraduate level or at least seven years of work experience in the field related to community banking after passing the bachelor level. (Special priority will be given to passing in Management, Banking, Finance, Monetary, Economics, Chartered Accounts, Public Administration, or Law)
Assistant Manager – Managerial Level – 1 (One)
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of work experience in the field related to community banking. (Special priority will be given to passing in management, banking, finance, monetary, economics, public administration or law)
Senior Officer -1 (One)
At least three years of work experience in the field related to community banking by passing the bachelor level or similar in the related subject.
Officer / Junior Officer (Communication and Information Technology Department Head) – 1 (One)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent and at least one year of work experience in a community officer (communication and banking-related field). Special priority will be given to the person who has worked in the Department of Information Technology as well as in the Department of Communication and Information Technology in Banks and Financial Institutions.
Junior Officer – Few
At least one year of work experience in a related field with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related subject.
Junior Officer / Assistant – Few
Passed proficiency certificate level and at least one-year of work experience in the field related to community banking.
Junior Assistant / Trainee Assistant – Few
Passed SLC or similar exam.
