Chandragiri Hills Limited (CGH) has convened its 12th Annual General Meeting. The company has not proposed a dividend to its shareholders this year.
The Annual General Assembly will be held at the office of Chandragiri Hills in Thankot and start from 11 am on Poush 16.
The meeting will present the annual report of the last fiscal year and will also discuss the profit and loss account and cash flow statement of the last fiscal year. In addition, a director will be elected from the general group and an independent director will be appointed through the assembly.
For the purpose of the Annual general meeting( AGM), the company is going to close the book on Poush 16 Friday. Accordingly, existing shareholders till Poush 15 will be eligible to participate in the meeting.
