The Redmi Pad has a 10.6-inches IPS LCD with a resolution of 1200x 2000 pixels, 90Hz refresh rate and 220ppi pixel density. This display has 400 nits of peak brightness. With 465 grams Weight, the Redmi Pad is offered in three colour options- Moonlight Silver, Graphite Grey, and Mint Green.
The front and Rear camera of the Redmi Pad is 8MP . The rear camera provides an image resolution of 3264 x 2448 pixels. Some of the features of the main camera of the pad includes autofocus, digital zoom and auto flash. The rear camera can records Full HD Video with FOV – 105° on a resolution of 1920 x 1080 at 30 fps.
Configuration and Storage
Redmi Pad has 3GB RAM on it base varient with a MediaTek Helio G99 Chipset. It has an octa-core processor with a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU inside the Redmi Pad.
The Redmi Pad comes with 64 GB of internal storage( On base Variant) which can be expanded further up to 512GB.
Talking about the software, it runs on MIUI 13 which is based on Android 12.
Connectivity and security
Connectivity features includes Wi-Fi 802.11, ac/b/g/n/n 5GHz, Mobile Hotspot, v5.2 Bluetooth and USB charging .
For the security, there is only face unlock feature available and no fingerprint sensor available.
Battery and Charging
The Redmi Pad has a 8000mAh Li-Polymer battery which is not easily replaceable. With USB Type-C, the battery has an 18 W fast charging support.
The company claims thats on the full charge of Redmi Pad user can get 21 hours of video playback, 8 days of music playback and 12 hours of gaming.
