Nepal Bank has convened its annual general meeting on January 20. At the meeting, the bank is going to pass the main proposal to distribute 17% dividend. The bank is going to distribute a total of 17% dividend with 14% bonus share from last year’s profit and 4% cash to pay taxes. The meeting will be held at 11 a.m. at Dharmapath, Kathmandu. The bank has urged the shareholders to participate in the meeting through virtual means. 


 The bank will also take the proposal to the meeting after discussing and passing the annual report, profit and loss and cash flow statement for the fiscal year 2077-78. For the purpose of the meeting, the bank will close the book on December 7. Only existing shareholders will be able to participate in the meeting and receive dividends till December 8.
