Asian Life Insurance has announced 27% Dividend for Fiscal year 2076/77. ASIAN has decided to distribute 25% bonus shares and 2% cash and a total dividend of 27%. A meeting of the board of directors of the company held on Tuesday evening has decided to distribute this dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the fiscal year 2076-77. At present, its paid up capital is Rs. 2.01 arba.
After the distribution of the proposed 25% bonus shares, the capital will reach Rs. 2.51 arba . The dividend distribution process will move forward after the approval of the regulatory insurance committee and the next general meeting. The company also released its financial statements for the current fiscal year on Tuesday.
