NECO Insurance (NIL) has declared a dividend. NECO Insurance has declared 15.79 percent dividend to be distributed to the shareholders from the last financial year’s earnings.
A meeting of the company’s board of directors held on Magh 3 announced to distribute 15 percent bonus shares of the paid-up capital and 0.79 percent cash dividend for tax purposes to the shareholders.
The proposed dividend will be received by the shareholders after the approval of the Insurance Committee and the approval of the next general meeting of the insurance company
