Kisan Microfinance announced bonus share

Kisan microfnance has announced to distribute bonus shares. The board of directors meeting held on Sunday has decided to give 25 percent bonus share from the last year’s profit. At present, the paid up capital of Kisan microfnance is Rs 39 crore 28 lakh 8 thousand 775.

It has been decided to distribute 25% bonus shares of the same capital. The meeting has not made any decision regarding cash dividend to pay taxes. The proposed bonus will be distributed to the shareholders after the approval of the regulator Nepal Rastra Bank and the forthcoming annual general meeting of the farmers.
