Himalayan Distillery has proposed 100% dividend. A meeting of the company’s board of directors held on Tuesday decided to distribute a total dividend of 100% with 75% bonus share and 25% cash for tax from last year’s profit.
Meanwhile, the company has convened its its annual general meeting on Pous 28 to pass the dividend distribution proposal. A proposal to distribute dividend will be tabled in the assembly. There will also be an agenda to elect five directors to the board of director and also an agenda to amend the company’s regulations.
The meeting will start at 10 am at the registered office of the company at Lipanibirta of Birgunj Municipality. Himalayan is going to close the book on Poush 16 for the AGM. Only existing shareholders till push 15 will be eligible to participate in the meeting and receive the proposed dividend.
