Share prices of four companies were adjusted on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on Wednesday. Share prices of NMB Bank, Nepal SBI Bank, Chhimek Laghubitta and Ganapati Microfinance have been adjusted in Nepse on this day.
For the purpose of general meeting and dividend distribution, Nepse has fixed the new price by adjusting the share price after these company have book closed .
On this day, Nepse has adjusted share price on 3.50 percent bonus shares of Nepal SBI Bank and 12.50 percent bonus shares of NMB Bank. Similarly, on this day, 19 percent bonus shares of Ganapati Microfinance and 27 percent of Chhimeki Laghubitta have been adjusted. After adjustment, NMB Bank’s share price is to Rs 336.36, SBI Bank’s to Rs 344.83, neighboring microfinance to Rs 1,240.8 and Ganapati Microfinance to Rs 1,174.79.
Nepse has adjusted the share price of these companies based on the last price of the previous trading day. In the last trading day the peice of NMB Bank was Rs 378.40 per share ,Nepal SBI Bank was Rs 356.90 per share , Chhikemi Laghubitta was Rs 1,574.90 per share of and Ganapati Microfinance was Rs 1,398 per share of .
Shares of these companies will be traded in the secondary market on Wednesday based on the adjusted price.
