IPO Proposals of Six Companies Approved by SEBON
The Nepal Securities Board (NSB) has given permission to six companies to issue IPO. The board has given permission to Balefi Hydropower, Green Venture, Nashdo Samridhi Microfinance, Jalpa Community Microfinance, Rashtra Utthan Microfinance and Emerging Nepal to issue IPO on Sunday.
A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Securities and Exchange Board of Nepal (SEB) on Magh 5 decided to allow these companies to issue IPOs.
After getting permission, Balefi Hydropower will issue a total of 36,055,940 kitta IPO . The IPO sales manager is Global IME Capital Limited.
Similarly, Green Venture will issue a total of 62 lakh 50 Thousand Kitta IPO. Lakshmi Capital Markets is the IPO sales manager.
Similarly, NASHDO Samriddhi Microfinance is going to issue 828,750 kitta IPO to the public. The IPO sales manager is Global IME Capital.
Similarly, Jalpa Community Microfinance will issue 522,000 kitta shares and Prabhu Capital is the manager. Similarly, Rashtra Utthan Laghubitta will issue 850,000 kitta and Emerging Nepal will issue 555,600 kitta of IPO. The securities sales managers of these companies are NIBL S Capital and NIC Asia Capital respectively.
