Chhyangdi Hydropower has issuing right share from today. The company has issued 893,025 shares equal to Rs 8 crore 93 khal 2 thousand 5 hundred, which is 30 percent of current Paidup capital. At present, the paid up capital of the company is 29 crore 76 lakh 75 thousand.
Investors can apply for this right till Phagun 2. Global IME Capital is the issue manager for the right share issue.
As the company has decided to close the book on poush 21 for the right share purpose, only the existing shareholders will be able to apply for the right share till Poush 20.
