Share prices of three microfinance institutions have been adjusted in the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). On this day, the share prices of RMDC Microfinance, Samata Home Microfinance and Manakamana Smart Microfinance were adjusted.

For the purpose of general meeting and dividend distribution, NEPSE has adjusted the share price and fixed the new price after closing the books of these microfinances. On this day, NEPSE adjusted 26 percent bonus shares of RMDC, 15 percent of Samata Home and 4.75 percent of Manakamana Smart. After the adjustment, the share price of RMDC microfinance has remained at Rs 738 25 paise, while that of Samata Home Microfinance has remained at Rs 639 57 paisa and Mankamana Smart Microfinance has remained at Rs 725 54 paise.

NEPSE has adjusted the share price of these microfinances based on the last price of the previous trading day. On the previous trading day i.e. on Tuesday, RMDC Lagufinance shares were traded at Rs 930 20 paise, Samata Home at Rs 735 50 paisa and Mankamana Smart was last traded at Rs 760 per share.

Based on this adjusted price, the share trading of these microfinances will be opened in the secondary market on this day.

RMDC Small Finance (RMDC) has convened the 24th Annual General Meeting on 10th Chaitra at Amritbhog, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu at 11 am.

The meeting will pass a resolution to distribute bonus shares at the rate of 26 percent of the current paid-up capital and 1.3684 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. Apart from this, the Assembly will also pass a special resolution to approve the merger of Sana Kisan Vikas Lagufitta and RMDC Lagufitta, and to approve the share swap ratio of 1:0.87.

Similarly, Samata Home Microfinance (SMATA) has convened the 9th Annual General Meeting on Chaitra 11th, Himalayan View Resort, Dhulikhel at 11.30 am. The meeting will pass a resolution to distribute bonus shares at the rate of 15 percent of the current paid-up capital and cash dividend at the rate of 3 percent. In addition, the assembly will also pass all the decisions related to the merger with self-employment microfinance.

Likewise, Manakamana Smart Microfinance Financial Institution (MKLB) has convened its fifth Annual General Meeting on Thursday 16th Chaitra at Hotel Pauwa, Siddharth Nagar, Rupandehi.

The meeting will pass a resolution to distribute dividend at the rate of 5 percent of the current paid-up capital. Laghubitta announced that it will distribute bonus shares at a rate of 4.75 percent and 0.5 percent cash dividend for tax purposes, and a total of 5 percent dividend.
